Account Registration

To use gb9tea, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and residential address. All information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. gb9tea reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading registration details.

Upon account creation, you agree to receive promotional emails and SMS notifications related to bonuses, updates, and service announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Player Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to play on gb9tea. If gb9tea becomes aware that you do not meet these eligibility criteria, your account will be closed immediately. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳150. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,500. Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP tier, ranging from ৳160,000 to ৳1,000,000. All amounts are in Bengali Taka (BDT).

Payment Methods

gb9tea accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Upay. Deposits are processed within 6 minutes on average. Withdrawals are processed within 11 minutes on average. Both timescales may vary depending on payment provider processing times.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

All deposits are final. Deposited funds become available immediately for betting upon confirmation. Withdrawals require a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first cashout. You may withdraw funds at any time, subject to minimum amounts, VIP daily limits, and the completion of any active wagering requirements from bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a welcome bonus of 250% on their first deposit, up to ৳29,000. This bonus has a wagering requirement of 17 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. The bonus is valid for 7 days from credit. Not all games count equally toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to first-time depositors.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Bonus forfeiture occurs if the 7-day validity period expires or the account is closed.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all betting activity on your account. gb9tea does not accept liability for bets placed without your explicit instruction or consent. You must not allow others to use your account. Any activity detected as account sharing or multi-accounting will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Bet Placement

Suspended accounts remain locked pending investigation (typically 30 days). Upon investigation completion, we will notify you of the outcome.

Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Provide your account email and reason for closure. Your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original deposit method within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction or betting decision was made in error, contact gb9tea support within 7 days with details. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to our senior complaints team by emailing [email protected] with "Escalation Request" in the subject line.
